Neil Squires 🏃🏽 and Kev Morris 💪🏼 headed to the seaside on Sunday 8th June for The Worthing 10K.

This is one of the largest mass participation running events in the south, welcoming runners of all abilities to race a fast, flat, PB friendly route.

Both Neil and Kevin both had sensational runs despite the heat and a strong seafront wind.  Neil 🏃🏽 crossed the line in 51:26 whilst Kev 💪🏼 rang the PB bell 🛎️ storming home in 53:58 🙌
