Training Sessions

The When and Where

(PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY IN OUR SPRING/SUMMER SEASON FOR SESSIONS UNTIL OUR AUTUMN/WINTER SCHEDULE BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER 2026)

When you become a member (1st or 2nd claim) our training schedule for 2-3 months at a time will be sent to you via email so you can view the session type, location, and coaches.

OUR TRAINING HEADQUARTERS ARE LOCATED AT:

HAILSHAM CRICKET CLUB PAVILION

WESTERN ROAD. BN27 3DN

JUNIORS

Our Juniors meet every Tuesday throughout the entire year from 6pm – 7pm

at Hailsham Cricket Pavilion, Western Road.  BN27 3DN

 

SENIORS

Throughout the entire YEAR our Seniors meet:

Every TUESDAY 7pm-8:30pm at:

Hailsham Cricket Club Pavilion, Western Road.  BN27 3DN

 

Every 1st, 3rd and where it falls – 5th WEDNESDAY of EACH month we meet at 7pm for one hour at:
Eastbourne Sports Park Track, Cross Levels Way, Eastbourne.  BN21 2UF

On the 1st of every month

(The price for this session only is £3 and is payable on the night, this covers the additional cost of the track and floodlights and is not included in our annual Hailsham Harriers membership)

 

IN THE SPRING/SUMMER MONTHS:

ON THURSDAYS (In the weeks where no Wednesday track sessions fall) the session is 6:30pm – 8pm meeting at:

Kettle and Belle Crossfit Gym, 16 Diplocks Way, Hailsham.  BN27 3JF

* Please not that this training is trail based and is usually run on grass and gravel paths in Abbots Wood.  Sometimes we will meet at Abbots Wood (at the Old Oak Inn) usually for the first and last Spring/Summer Thursday sessions, where we will stay for a wonderful pint and chips afterwards.  These dates will be communicated to all members.

 

AND IN THE AUTUMN/WINTER MONTHS:

ON THURSDAYS (In the weeks where no Wednesday track sessions fall) the session is 7pm – 8:30pm at:

Hailsham Cricket Club Pavilion, Western Road.  BN27 3DN

 

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ALL RUNNERS ATTENDING OUR TUESDAY AND THURSDAY SESSIONS IN AUTUMN/WINTER and early SPRING until the clocks change WEAR APPROPRIATE REFLECTIVE CLOTHING AND BRING A HEAD TORCH OR A LIGHT (as these sessions are run on OPEN roads)

THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE DURING ALL OF OUR SESSIONS IS PARAMOUNT

 

WE WOULD LIKE ALL OUR MEMBERS TO FEEL WELCOME AT OUR  TRAINING SESSIONS AND SUNDAY SOCIALS. 

WE ARE MINDFUL THAT EVERYONE PROGRESSES AT THEIR OWN PACE SO IF YOU FIND A SESSION TOO CHALLENGING OR FEEL UNABLE TO COMPLETE IT, PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR COACHES/RUN LEADERS FOR ADJUSTMENTS.
