Organised by ‘Tempo’ running shop in Eastbourne, the morning saw 174 runners gather for the start of this year’s Tempo 10K 🏃🏻‍♀️ 

The route is predominantly run along Eastbourne’s 🏖 beautiful promenade with the undulating course involving two laps starting from Holywell Tea Chalet.  Runner’s head along the seafront prom towards Eastbourne pier before turning and heading up and along King Edwards Parade, down Holywell hill and then racing it all again.  The course ends with a flat, fast finish back on the lower prom and back towards the Holywell Tea Chalet.

Five Harriers 🖤❤️took part in Sunday’s race with Los Jellybaby 👶🏼 first across the line taking fifth place overall in a speedy 39:09 with Lindford Chrystie hot on his heels finishing in 39:42, taking sixth place and 1st in age 🏆 Mik Husarz, finished in a cracking time of 44:13 with Ruby Murray running a great 10K in 47:38.  Katie Manley also had a superb race, crossing the line well under the hour in 58:57 ….. all that hard work paying off, amazing 👍🏻 

Super well done to you all.  Those are fantastic times, especially with having to run that hill twice 😱Awesome 👏🏻
