One of our newest Harriers – Oliver Paterson, took to the streets of his home town last weekend to run his first EVER half marathon – the Oxford Half Marathon.

The flat & fast course takes runners through the pristine, winding streets of historic Oxford. The route begins in the city centre and takes runners along it’s historic streets, past world-famous museums, universities and parks.

Ollie, only having been at the club for a short while has already gone from strength to strength in our training nights, turning up for them all and giving each one his best shot, so it will come as no surprise that he truly smashed his first half marathon, crossing the line in a rapido 1:44:59 💪🏼 🤩 

Hugest well done Ollie, that’s an impressive time and we are all very proud of you. Next time you see Ollie please give him a high five ✋🏻
