🪵 The Paddock Wood Half Marathon 2025🌳
Sunday 9th March 2025
The Paddock Wood Half Marathon was first held in 1989 and is now in it’s 34th year. Back in 1989, 690 runners took part, on Sunday, a whopping 2400 runners took to the quiet, Kent streets 🌲
Described as ‘A must do race’ in running magazines, it is one of the most successful races across the South East.
Sponsored by Lambert and Foster (A local business specialising in the sale of farms 🐄 and land) many entrants use the event as part of their final preparation for upcoming marathons.
With a route that is rural 🌲 and flat, with just one little hill at 1.2 miles, it is no surprise that many runners come away with personal bests⭐️
Running for team black and red 🖤❤️saw a huge turnout of 16 harriers with 8 running amazing personal bests
