Julie Lewis-Clements joined the wonderful Heathfield Road Runners as they made their way to London on a super chilly Sunday morning to take part in The Battersea Park Half Marathon.

Kicking off a new year of racing and a New Year of personal bests, Julie 🐝 ran a sensational PB of 2:26:15 with our second claim Harriers Ed Diplock 👿 a PB in 1:40:56 🌟 and Maria Smith 🌺 running very close to a PB, finishing first in age in a time of 1:39:34.

Battersea Park is on one of London’s most picturesque parks. half route starts and finishes at the park’s bandstand with runners completing laps of the park 🌳, making it an easy to follow course and great for spectators 👀
