Saturday 2nd December 🥶

Braving the huge drop in temperatures last Saturday saw our beautiful Squeaky Leakey 🐪 cross the line at the Sussex Downs Half Marathon second place female in a rapid 1:48:39🥈 🏆 🙌 

The Sussex Downs Half Marathon starts at Plumpton Racecourse, at the foot of the South Downs.  It starts flat for 4K before heading up, up, up onto the downs and out towards Brighton before looping back to the finish at the racecourse.

The conditions on Saturday were a chilly -5° not to mention the wind chill 💨 The leeks was joined on the run by two of our mighty second claim Harriers – Eddie Diplock 2:05:26 and David Woollard 1:40:37
