The Vet’s track and field league is a series of 3-4 inter-club fixtures that take place during the summer months.

This league is for the more ‘mature’ athlete and all participants must be over 35 (men and women) with O50 & O60 age categories.

There are a range of events on offer including sprinting and middle distance running and relays, long jump/triple jumps etc. as well as a variety of throwing events including Hammer, Javelin & Shot Put.

Hailsham Harriers currently join forces and make a combined team with Eastbourne Rovers and historically have always done well in the league.
