In the 5k Lee williams was awarded for his gutsy & strong run earning him a PB for the distance ๐ป
Holly Bamford posted great times throughout the races showing great perseverance despite a shoe lace malfunction in the same spot on the track twice, hopefully those new laces will be more effective Holly!! ๐๐
Daisy and Roberto were recognised for providing us with a truly special moment as two club superstars crossed the line hands aloft in the 5k ๐๐
Also in the 5k, Graham Pearson impressed, achieving his quickest 5k in recent times-we could see how much that meant to you Graham ๐ค

Our 800m replay heralded the final medals being awarded with Graham purdye, Mick Husarz, Poppy Croucher & Simon Haddon all being just one second away from their guestimates for the race- they obviously know how to pace a race!!! ๐
