On a crisp November morning, runners flocked to tackle the four-lap 10K around the Beddington Park’s winding paths and leafy vistas.

Lou Lou Williams 🌺, rocking team black and red 🖤❤️, stormed through the finish with a time of 53:08.

The park, near Sutton, Surrey, is a 58-hectare green oasis, steeped in history and offers something for everyone, from formal gardens to woodland walks 🪵 and wildlife-rich ponds.

This is a super performance Lou Lou, well done 👏🏻 what a beautiful day and a wonderful setting for running☺️
