Sunday 30th October 2022 – 9am 🎃 

It was a dreary morning at Hove Lagoon on Sunday 30th October for the next race in the Sussex Grand Prix series.

Hosted by Arena 80 in conjunction with the Nice Work events team, this fast, pancake 🥞 flat, two loop course, heads out and back along the prom.

The rain eased off for the sold out race, as 380 runners hurtled into action at the sound of the start gun 🔫 including 10 Harriers🖤❤️

Ross ‘the rocket 🚀’ stormed to the finish, first Harrier home in a sensational time of 35:14 considering he’d only just launched himself around Beachy Head the weekend before.  Ross was followed by Linford Krusty (Rob) in a rapid time of 40:53.  Tinks 🧚🏻‍♂️ paced by the amazing Aislinn 🐾crossed the line together in 43:04 with Audrey having a fantastic run to finish in 47:50 – all those Tuesday night training sessions paying off Audrey 👏🏻 Fluffy battled through the wind to a time of 48:10 with Victoria and Steph working together to finish in 52:07 and 52:15 respectively.  Lady Delves 😎 finished first in age 🏆 and had a superb run in 54:57 with Lord Norman 👑 taking it steady for this one, enjoying the seaviews and crossing the line in 1:11:54 😍
