The Worthing 10K is one of the largest mass participation running events in the south, welcoming runners of all abilities to race a fast, flat, PB friendly route by the seaside and it was personal best’s all round for our gorgeous duo Aislinn & Ross 🚀 at The Worthing 10K and Sussex Champs on Sunday morning.

The 2022 Worthing 10K also incorporates the Sussex County Championships where county medals are awarded for seniors and in 10 year masters age groups.

Ross 🚀 finished 12th overall with a shiny new PB ⭐️ of 34:45 placing first in age 🏆 Within the Sussex Champs Ross secured 8th place overall and 2nd in age 🏆 bringing home a silver county medal 🥈 whoop whoop whoop 🙌 

Aislinn faced a competitive field amongst the ladies but finished in an impressive 8th place in a rapid time of 39:31 also claiming a shiny new PB ⭐️ Within the Sussex Championships she placed a respectable 5th female and 4th in a tough age category 💪🏼
